Refund Policy

1. GENERAL

 

Services are provided by Cristian Valentin M, sole trader, trading as UKDocsSupport.

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited

 

2. ELIGIBLE CASES

 

A refund may only be granted if:

the service was not delivered

a technical error occurred

the payment was duplicated

 

3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

 

Refunds will not be granted if:

the service has already started or has been completed

the client changed their mind

the information provided by the client was incorrect or incomplete

 

4. REQUESTING A REFUND

 

Refund requests must be sent to:

cristian@ukdocssupport.co.uk

within 14 days from the payment confirmation date

 

5. PROCESSING

 

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

 

6. DISPUTES

 

We will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before taking any legal action
